It’s A Starry Night at Art In Hats

Snapshot_001 copy

Art in Hats 2015 supporting Team Diabetes of SL is coming this week and I can tell you already you won’t want to miss this event! So many hats, and some of them will only be available for purchase at this event and not again. This wonderful hat I’m wearing today is one of them. I have to tell you I was out shooting this photo and already got a very positive compliment on this hat, so I know this will be one you won’t want to miss. This is the “Like Van Gogh Hat” by Oddfish Studios for Art in Hats 2015. Creator Dita Actor was inspired by classic contemporary art with a surreal twist from personal experience. This hat is a Contemporary Millinery inspired by lyrics from “Vincent” (Starry starry night) by Don Mclean. As you can see it has the easel of a painter, the canvas with the inspiration, and even includes the oil paint tube and a large brush. I love this hat and know you will too. But remember it will NOT be available after the event, so be sure to pick it up for the very reasonable price of just $150L with proceeds supporting the cause. The landmark to the event, which opens on November 4th – will be available on their website:
